DOMINION joins REDI, the Business Network for LGBTI Diversity and Inclusion

16 / 02 / 2023

REDI is the first ecosystem of companies and professionals in Spain that works to promote safe and respectful work environments for all people, regardless of their identity, gender expression or sexual orientation.

This Thursday, February 16, we attended the “REDI to Embrace” worshop about good practices and tools to manage LGTBI diversity in the workplace. The goal was also to present the new companies that joined the project.

DOMINION is one of the 27 new members that have joined the network among other companies such as IBM, EY or Sabadell. Our Corporate Director of People & Culture, Carmen Gómez, received the diploma delivered by the president of REDI, Izaro Assa.

This program is another example of DOMINION's commitment to diversity and inclusion. We believe that this is key to foster innovation and attract the best talent.

REDI was born in 2015 with the purpose of contributing to a more respectful society by promoting non-discrimination, equal opportunities and tolerance.

By accompanying its associates, REDI activates and promotes respectful, inclusive and safe work spaces so employees are valued regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.

We Are Diversity

In recent years, DOMINION has joined various initiatives to promote diversity, such as joining the STEAM Alliance for female talent, signing the European Diversity Charter or participating in the Global Compact's Target Gender Equality program.

We work so that diversity and equal opportunities are reflected in our policies and ways of acting, by establishing objectives that allow us to measure our progress and by promoting a way of doing things in our selection processes and in professional development plans.

Through our We Are DOMINION, We Are Diversity campaign, we have launched several internal actions to raise awareness and train our team in the different types of diversity (generational, socio-cultural, gender, LGTBI and other capacities).
