Last Wednesday, January 24th, we attended the Recognition Ceremony for Commitment to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) organized by Enel Chile to reward the best practices of its collaborating companies in 2023.
A ceremony in which we obtained recognition for the Best Company in Health and Safety Management in 2023. Other individual categories were also announced, with 6 people from our team winning in the categories: Best Field Supervisor, Best Safety, Health and Environment Worker, Best Buddy Partner, Best Safety Advisor and Environmental Commitment.
A complete recognition of the work we carry out in terms of safety, health and the environment, and which adds to another milestone: 20 months without accidents in our energy area in Chile.
Our Zero Accidents culture
These indicators are the result of hard and long work raising awareness about our Zero Accident culture. This includes the development of weekly safety talks, permanent safety inspections for field operations, constant collaborative work with Mutual de Seguridad in Chile, permanent registration and reporting of incidents, communication campaigns for accident prevention and use of our safety policies such as Stop Work, Buddy Partner, Use of PPE and the Golden Rules.
We appreciate this recognition and congratulate the entire DOMINION team in Chile for being an example of commitment and collaboration in accident prevention.
Also recently, our team in the Telecommunications area in Peru was recognized by our client Claro for the management of safety and health in all our work.
