The challenge

ENEL needed a supplier with the technical and financial capabilities to set in motion an operation to build and maintain networks with more than 700 operators and 200 vehicles in each country, which would have to accomplish the service levels established by the company within an extremely short time frame (start-up time) of less than 90 days. 

The supplier also had to guarantee maximum safety levels as the zero incident rate is one of the companies main goals.

Aside from meeting the financial capacity and safety level requirements, DOMINION's standing and experience in both countries meant that it could mobilize and deploy the service teams ahead of the deadlines Enel established. DOMINION’s capacity has also meant that the customer could:

• Have a partner with international capacities, which meet their requirements, with said partner accompanying them with their operations, wherever necessary.
• Implement digital tools, as is the case with the SGS tool, allowing the centralised control of all operators and resources deployed in the field to maximise operating efficiency and the service level.
• To maximise safety and service through technical expertise and DOMINION’s extensive experience with these types of contacts on an international level.

Results

Since the beginning of operations in 2019, client satisfaction given the positive results in terms of operations has led this collaboration with DOMINION to be extended to three countries in Latin America (Chile, Colombia and Peru).
