DOMINION E&C has completed the liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant of 30 m3 capacity and 500 Nm3/h of natural gas emission and industrial use for the company Metrogas in the municipality of Lampa.
Metrogas, a company that sells and distributes natural gas in Chile, has entrusted us with the execution of liquefied natural gas (LNG) regasification satellite plants (RSP' s).
The scope for the construction of the plants includes detailed engineering activities in compliance with technical specifications, supply of equipment, assembly and commissioning, civil works, and collaboration in legalization and obtaining the required certifications.
Over the next few years, 18 regasification plants are expected to be built throughout Chile. DOMINION has completed the construction of two plants, both for industrial use.
In addition, DOMINION has purchase orders for four liquefied natural gas plants in different areas of the country.
The collaboration between METROGAS and DOMINION has been very satisfactory and hopefully it will be the starting point of a successful and beneficial collaboration, both for both companies and for the Chilean nation.
