At DOMINION, we are committed to innovation and the continuous development of solutions that improve our services and projects. That is why we launched our first intrapreneurship programme, which has two main components: the Innovation Awards and the Ideas Competition.
Through this programme, we recognise and reward the innovations already implemented by the teams and discover ideas that help us to improve the efficiency and sustainability of our services and customer projects.
The winners of this first edition were:
1. Innovation Award: Katerine María de la Hoz, from our B2B Services team in Colombia.
Its Scout Technical Plan, implemented in Colombia, optimises the customer experience and promotes teamwork. Its scalable approach will allow us to take this solution to other geographies, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
2. Ideas Contest: Aleksandra Juszczak, from our B2B Services team in Germany.
Through 3D modelling, he puts forward the idea of improved collaboration between office and field, optimising quality control in a more efficient way. His idea is scalable to other areas and countries, reinforcing our capacity and continuous improvement.
These two proposals not only reflect the potential of our teams to innovate, but also underline our commitment to continuous improvement and excellence. We congratulate Katerine and Aleksandra for their work, and thank all the participants who made possible this exciting first edition of the Intrapreneurship Programme in which we received almost 70 proposals.
We will continue to drive innovation in future editions to improve and transform the future of DOMINION!
