After launching the program, we obtained 70 applications from 10 countries with innovative ideas to implement in our business and corporate areas.
Creation of specific GPTs for renewable projects, application of AI to improve risk prevention or technology applied in our services to improve the sustainability of processes are just some of the 10 finalist proposals selected by the program committee.
These weeks, an internal DOMINION mentor will help each finalist prepare and develop their cases, providing their knowledge and business vision. All of them will present their case next October to the DOMINION Corporate Management Committee, which will select the winning ideas to develop in the coming months.
Collaboration with BQUO
In 2023 we launched BQUO, our talent and project development program, which had 9 participants from Mexico, Colombia and Spain in its first edition. We have already launched the second call and the committee will select this year's participants in September.
In this edition, participants without a project will support the winning teams of the Intrapreneurship Program, developing the initiatives jointly over the next six months.
