05 / 10 / 2023

BQUO offers a development environment for six months, with personalized training, mentoring from the executive team, access to DOMINION's resources, financing for both your project and your stay, and a monthly remuneration

DOMINION has launched its own entrepreneurship and talent development program aimed at boosting business ideas in the field of technology and sustainability, as well as the professional skills of people who want to develop their business management career in innovative business environments.

DOMINION's commitment to talent is a hallmark of our company culture, and a key factor in explaining the success of our business model: entrepreneurial vocation and business reliability

A differential and tailor-made program for candidates

Unlike other entrepreneurship programs and business accelerators, BQUO does not require its candidates to have an ongoing project in order to participate. An idea in the field of sustainability and technology at any stage of development is enough. Talented people who, without an idea, want to solve a challenge designed by DOMINION to develop their skills in an initial period of 6 months in its offices in Bilbao can also participate in the program.

People from any of the 35 countries in which the company is based can participate. The first call of this program is already open, until October 19th, for a maximum of six applications that will be selected based on their potential for value creation and will be announced on November 2nd.

BQUO is an exclusive program that will offer its members a six-month immersive experience within DOMINION, with a stay at the company's headquarters in Bilbao, a personalized training, designed according to their respective needs, and a comprehensive support from a mentor of DOMINION's management team throughout the process. The combination of both elements will allow participants to develop their own entrepreneurial projects and bring to fruition challenges proposed by the organization, all connected to DOMINION's main sectors of activity: industry, energy, telecommunications and infrastructures, with a clear focus on improving sustainability.

Those selected will also have access to all the resources they need to develop their projects, from visits to other countries, access to all DOMINION's departments and commercial and institutional networks, as well as funding for their project (without requiring a shareholding) and their travel and living expenses, as well as a monthly remuneration.

We are not an accelerator, nor a business school, nor are we a venture capital investment or a corporate university: we are all of these at the same time.

"A program that offers everything a person may need to develop their business management skills and a transformative project, with the great differential advantage of doing so with the support of a solid and successful company, with all the resources at their disposal", says Patricia Berjon.

It is, therefore, a unique offer, which in addition to all the benefits mentioned above, will allow a very select group of professionals to have an immersion experience in the culture of a global company, listed on the stock exchange and one of the leading industrial companies in its fields of activity.

The BQUO Selection Committee is made up of professionals from different fields such as Amaia Gorostiza, President of Eibar; Guillermo Dorronsoro, Management Board Advisor at Zabala Innovation and professor at Deusto Business School; Sabin Azua, President of Eusmex and expert consultant in Business Strategy; Pilar Kaltzada, Partner of Linking Ideas agency; Mikel Barandiaran, CEO of DOMINION or Roberto Tobillas, Managing director of DOMINION.
