DOMINION GLOBAL, a multinational company with global projection in over 35 countries, is seeking for a Sales Manager for our Industrial Steel Chimneys division.
We are a leading company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of industrial steel chimneys for a variety of industries, including energy, petrochemical, and manufacturing. Our commitment to quality, safety, and innovative engineering solutions has positioned us as a trusted partner for clients across national and international markets.
Mission:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to expand our business in industrial steel chimneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new clients in target industries such as energy, petrochemical, and industrial manufacturing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, project management, and marketing.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial equipment, metal structures, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Very valuable: Strong understanding of industrial steel chimney systems and related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Preferred Candidate Traits
• In-depth knowledge of construction business culture and trends.
• Existing European/worldwide network in industries such as tall structures, fumes treatment, industrial boilers, manufacturing, or construction.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
