We are looking for a "Project Engineer" for our steel chimney division .
As a project engineer, you are responsible for the technical part of our projects - ensuring fulfilment of the technical contract requirements. You will be supported by the project manager and the installation team to successfully complete the project.
Your typical tasks in this position are:
-You are technically responsible for the project
-Responsible for technical issues related to the project
-Tracking and ensuring the technical contractual requirements
-Technical processing, definition of the technical basis
-Communication with the customer and clarification of technical details
-Management of contractual quality requirements for our production- Control of the technical schedule and technical drawings
-Preparation of technical specifications for subcontractors / sub-suppliers.
-Management of technical documentation
-Supporting the sales team with technical clarifications and quotations
Requirements for the position
-As a project engineer, we expect a high level of technical understanding for the planning and execution of steel structures.
-The position also requires a goal-oriented, self-organised and proactive team player. We expect experience in the field of fabrication of steel structures and/or installations of more than 2-5 years.
-The position requires at least a degree in engineering, preferably in civil engineering, but also in mechanical engineering or similar disciplines.
-Language skills are very important, we expect very good written and spoken English.
-Availability to travel to Slovakia and Germany on monthly bases.
